A catch-all email mailbox receives messages sent to non-existent email addresses under the same domain. For instance, a message sent to the mistyped suport@domain.com will go to support@domain.com if the catch-all feature has been enabled for the latter. In this way, you can receive messages from pals or customers who may have sent a message to your email address with a spelling mistake or to an old one, which they may still have, but you have already disabled. Only one mailbox per domain can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be enabled for such a mailbox. This is due to the fact that at some point you may start receiving spam email messages in the catch-all mailbox and the forwarding limitation implies that the spam will not be sent to a third-party mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Cloud Website Hosting

You will be able to set up a catch-all mailbox with ease if you have a cloud website hosting plan with our company. The Email Manager tool in our custom-built Hepsia Control Panel is feature-loaded, yet incredibly easy to use, and it will permit you to enable different options, including the catch-all one, with just several clicks. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be displayed alphabetically in this section and to the right of each one you will see a small-size "Catch-all" logo. Clicking on it once will enable the feature, clicking it twice will deactivate it. Since you can have just one such catch-all mailbox per domain name, our system will warn you if you already have another one with this feature activated or if you have enabled email forwarding.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting

The in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel that comes with each and every semi-dedicated server package that we are offering will allow you to set up a catch-all mailbox effortlessly even if you don’t have much web/email hosting experience. All it takes to achieve that is to click on the catch-all icon, which will be to the right of each email address that you’ve set up using your domains in the hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Since you can have only one mailbox with this feature per domain, our system will inform you if you have already set up a different catch-all mailbox or if the one that you’d like to use has email forwarding enabled. In case you reach the decision that you do not want this feature any longer, you can remove it by clicking once again on the same icon. The Email Manager will also permit you to see your catch-all mailboxes at a glance.
